Shipping policy

BRCNZ™ care greatly about the journey our products take from the moment Goods are Packed in our Online store, until they arrive safely at your delivery address. Please contact us urgently if any goods do not arrive in reasonable time or condition as as anticipated in your order request and / or advised in our (emailed) delivery notification emails. 

BRCNZ™ are not responsible for the actual / physical delivery of our goods to you as we contract to our trusted third party Freight and Delivery Services. Any damaged goods claims must be made according to our refunds policy within the specified time frame - noted above.

BRCNZ™ make every effort to track and trace the courier delivery process. You (our Customer) should have received delivery tracking information email notification / confirmation when you completed your order (website sale transaction).
